High voltage automatic recloser (ARC) is a safety device in power systems, mainly used to automatically close circuit breakers after transmission lines trip due to faults, thereby restoring power supply to the lines. Its working principle is as follows: Working principle: When the transmission line trips due to a fault, or when the switch is tripped and the fault point is cut off by the action of the relay protection device, the automatic recloser device will automatically close the circuit breaker after a predetermined time, thereby restoring power supply to the line. If the fault is temporary, after the insulation performance of the line is restored, the reclosing is successful, which improves the reliability and stability of the power supply; If the fault is permanent, the recloser will trip again, and the cause needs to be manually identified and the fault eliminated before power can be restored. Application scenario: Automatic recloser is widely used in overhead power transmission and overhead power supply lines, especially in high-voltage and ultra-high voltage power lines. Due to the fact that most line faults are transient, such as lightning strikes, wind damage, etc., automatic recloser can significantly improve the reliability and stability of power supply. Classification: Automatic recloser can be divided into single recloser and multiple recloser based on the number of reclosions; Divided into three-phase and single-phase automatic recloser according to the number of phases; Divided into single-sided power supply and double-sided power supply automatic recloser according to usage scenarios. Technical parameters: The minimum allowable interval time for recloser is 0.15 to 0.5 seconds, and the specific time is determined according to system requirements and fault nature.
