DGG Power Holds First Postdoctoral Research Completion Report, Marking a Milestone in Industry–Academia Innovation
On November 25, 2025, DGG Power successfully held its first Postdoctoral Research Completion Report Meeting at the Instrument Transformer Division. The evaluation panel included renowned experts such as Professor Liu Feng and Professor Fang Zhi from Nanjing Tech University, Associate Dean Wu Mingge from Wenzhou University (Rui’an Graduate School), Associate Professor Shi Yijian, as well as representatives from DGG Power’s management and technical departments.
Dr. Huang Jialiang, the first postdoctoral researcher at DGG Power, presented his research topic: “Green Methods to Address Cracking Issues Caused by Low Thermal Conductivity in Epoxy Casting.”
The expert panel conducted detailed evaluations on innovation, technical feasibility, and application prospects. The study introduced an innovative atmospheric-pressure low-temperature plasma dynamic filler treatment process, which significantly improves the performance and stability of epoxy casting.

The panel unanimously concluded that Dr. Huang met all requirements for successful postdoctoral completion.
